      Problem with Character

      Hello @hadekk This is because your account that has this character is still a freakz account. You can log into the client with your freakz information. However, please note there can be connection issues at time because it is still a freakz account. Also you cannot take part in the features like character unstuck or purchase points because you need a firestorm account to do that. It is strongly recommended that you merge it into a firestorm account by following this guide. Best Regards,

        Hello I have a problem with my character named Hadezoth In Armory, the character appears, but when im log in to account, the character does not appear on the website on any server and in the game client. I haven't played for a long time and I started playing WOW FREAKZ from Cataclysm a long time ago, maybe that's why I can't see the characters. My question is: Can anyone help me get my character back?

      I tried this with the Human Heritage Armor, but it hasn't a Loyalty Points value. Is it a bug or it is intended just for Shop Points?
